How to request an extension

Each program has an allotted period of time to complete the certification requirements. 

• Advanced Health Coach: 12 weeks + 1 month grace period to complete outstanding assignments
• HCI Health Coach: 6 months from enrollment
• HCI Life Coach: 6 months from enrollment

Extensions are granted on a case by case basis. If you are struggling with completing your certification requirements by the program deadline, please reach out to: support@healthcoachinstitute.com. Requests for extensions should be within the last 30 days of your deadline. Extensions cannot be granted early.
