How to Upload Your Profile and Cover Photo
To upload your profile or cover photo in your Learning Hub profile, please follow these steps:
1. Click your name in the top right corner of the Learning Hub
2. Select My Profile
Note: Your profile photo is the gray circle with the camera icon. Your cover photo is the large rectangular background image.
3a. For profile picture, click the camera icon shown above
3b. For cover photo, click the Update Cover Photo button
4. Select Remove to delete the current image
5. Click Choose File to upload a photo from your computer
6. Choose Upload
7. Press Save
Please note the following when choosing a photo:
- Files must be less than 10 MB
- Allowed file types: png gif jpg jpeg
- The ideal cover photo size ratio is 4:1 such as a photo with dimensions of 1584 x 396 pixels
Important: If you are having trouble with the sizing of your photo, please send an email to the Student Support Team with your photo attached and they will get that uploaded for you!: support@healthcoachinstitute.com
