Request a refund

We understand that circumstances may change, and some students must make the difficult decision to withdraw from their course.

We ask that all refunds be made in writing by sending an email to: support@healthcoachinstitute.com with your request to withdraw from the course.

  • BHLC students have 30 days from their class start date to request a full refund minus the $250 non-refundable deposit. 
  • Coach Mastery and Pathway students have 7 days from their first payment date to request a full refund. 

When enrolling in the course, students agree to the refund policy outlined in the HCI Terms and Conditions.

Important: If a student is facing extenuating circumstances, they can reach out to the Student Support Team with appropriate documentation to verify their circumstances. If a refund is approved after the refund period, it will be pro-rated based on the student's use of the course materials and course progress. Please note that the non-refundable deposit will not be included in the refund.

Refunds requested outside of the refund period will be reviewed at HCI's sole discretion. We strive to provide the best support and assistance possible, and we understand that each situation is unique.
