Through the Payment Portal, you can:
- Review past payments
- Update card information
- Pay past due payment
To access, please click Payment Portal in the Learning Hub menu.
Important: If you do not have a Payment Portal option in your Learning Hub menu, this means it is not currently available for your account. Rest assured, you can still receive tuition assistance by reaching out to our Student Financial Services team.
For other payment related inquiries, our Student Financial Services team is standing by to assist you. Please reach out to tuition@healthcoachinstitute.com for assistance with the following:
- Making a larger payment
- Updating payment date*
- Questions about upcoming payments
- Paying off remaining tuition balance
- Getting back on track with payments
*Updating your payment date is a one-time courtesy and will need to be requested at least 7 days prior to the payment due date.
