Lesson won't mark complete

If all of your videos and Engagement Question have been marked complete, but your lesson still doesn't reflect 100%, please follow the steps below:
1. Close out your browser window (all tabs)
2. Open a new browser window and login to the Learning Hub
3. Navigate to the lesson that is not marking complete
4. Scroll down underneath that week's videos and Engagement Question and click the large green checkmark as shown below:

If the above checkmark is gray instead of green, please follow the steps below:
1. Click Next or Finish below each video in the week of lessons
2. Answer your Engagement Question (be sure to answer this in the Click to Comment section, not the main comment section)

Hint: You can tell if a video has been marked complete because it will have a green checkmark on the right side of it. If it has not been marked complete, the checkmark will be purple.

Once all videos have been checked and your engagement question is completed, that week of lessons should automatically update to 100%.
If these steps do not work for you, please email: support@healthcoachinstitute.com and our Student Support Team will get your lesson marked complete.
