Course handouts are a crucial component of your training program. We understand that searching for specific handouts can be time-consuming, which is why we have three convenient methods for accessing them.
The Available Downloads Section
To find all of your course handouts in one place, we recommend using the Available Downloads section:
1. Click Dashboard in the Learning Hub menu
2. Scroll down to My Courses and Lessons
3. Click Go to Class on the specific course you are seeking handouts for
4. Scroll down to Important Links
5. Click View All under Available Downloads
6. Click the + sign next to the pillar or module
7. Continue clicking the + sign next to each segment until you get to the handout you are looking for:
The Search Bar
If you know the name or a keyword of the handout you're looking for, we recommend using the Search Bar in the top menu of the Learning Hub.
From here, be sure to use one keyword at a time in case you don't recall the exact title of the handout. For example, instead of searching "Grocery Store Food Labels", try searching "Labels" which will result in the handout, "How to Read Food Labels".
Underneath the Video Lesson
Each handout is associated with a specific video lesson. After you watch a video, you can find the handouts underneath it in the Lesson Handouts & Downloads section. You can also find the lesson transcript and audio file below the video as well.
