Reset your password

Forgot Password

Are you receiving an "unrecognized username or password" error? It might be time to reset your password.

Remember: Your username is your email address.

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Learning Hub

2. From the login page, select Forgot Password

3. Enter your email address and select Request New Password

Hint: If you get an error saying "User doesn't exist", your login is under a different email address.

4. Check your email for subject line, "Resetting your password for [your_name] on The Learning Hub"

5. Follow instructions to reset password and login


Updating password

If you already know your password but want to update it, you can easily do so by following these steps:

1. Login to the Learning Hub

2. Click your name in the top right corner

3. From the dropdown menu, select Settings

4. Enter current password, new password, and confirm new password

5. Click Save
