There are 4 Pillars in the Become a Health and Life Coach (BHLC) program:
- Pillar 1: Holistic Nutrition for Coaches
- Pillar 2: Habit Change Coaching Method
- Pillar 3: Personal Growth + Life Coach Certification
- Pillar 4: Business and Marketing (optional)
Pillar 1 provides essential knowledge on nutrition for Health Coaches. This module covers topics such as maintaining balanced blood sugar levels, understanding organic foods, mastering the skill of reading food labels, and much more.
Pillar 2 introduces the Habit Change Coaching Method (HCCM). This is where you will receive helpful scripts for your initial conversations with potential clients (OTRs), as well as a 90-day program that you can guide your clients through. This is a great opportunity for you to start working with practice clients and apply the skills you are learning in real-time.
Pillar 3 includes the Life Coaching Certification, where you will gain knowledge on 5 additional 90-day programs that can be utilized for clients during life coaching sessions. You will also learn how to make substitutions in these programs to cater to the specific needs of each client.
Pillar 4 focuses on equipping you with the necessary business and marketing principles to ensure you feel confident and prepared for launching your coaching practice. In this module, you will learn effective strategies for gaining clients through referrals, utilizing networking techniques, and even securing speaking engagements.
